- Trinken Sie nur kalte Getränke und essen Sie nur kalte, weiche Lebensmittel für die ersten zwei Stunden.
- Vermeiden Sie alkoholische Getränke.
- Putzen oder verwenden Sie Zahnseide für mindestens 4 Stunden nicht.
FluoroDose Patient Take-Home Instructions
FluoroDose, a 5% sodium fluoride varnish, was applied to your teeth today. This treatment delivers fluoride to your teeth and holds it to your enamel. That feeling on your teeth means it is working. FluoroDose should be a regular part of your comprehensive oral hygiene program.
To receive the maximum benefits of today’s treatment, the varnish should remain on your teeth for as long as possible, or at least for the next 4 to 6 hours. During this time, we recommend the following:
- Drink only cold beverages and eat only cold, soft foods for the first two hours
- Avoid hot or alcoholic beverages
- Do not brush or floss your teeth for at least 4 hours
After it dries, any excess varnish may appear “spotty” and may slide off the tooth surface. Any excess material that loosens may simply be spit out. Do not worry, this will not affect product performance as there is still a full layer of varnish on your teeth. FluoroDose may easily be removed by brushing your teeth and rinsing.

- Entfernen Sie alten Zement von der Krone.
- Öffnen Sie die Tube und entfernen Sie die Folienversiegelung. Drücken Sie eine kleine Menge in die Krone.
- Befeuchten Sie die Zahnpräparation.
- Setzen Sie die Krone wieder in den Mund und schließen Sie den Mund normal.
- Essen Sie eine Stunde lang nichts.
NoMIX Patient Take-Home Instructions
- Clean old cement from tooth prep.
- Clean old cement from crown.
- Open tube and remove foil seal. Squeeze a small amount inside of crown.
- Moisten tooth prep.
- Set crown back into mouth and close mouth normally.
- Do not eat for 1 hour.
